Krowolf behandlar kundens konto, anslutna integrationer och de ärenden kunden väljer att låta tjänsten läsa. OAuth-token lagras krypterat. Vid frånkoppling återkallas token hos leverantören när det stöds, raden raderas och leverantörsidentifierare anonymiseras. Affärsärenden som redan skapats finns kvar. Lagringspolicyn lämnas ut på begäran.

Google-data används för att läsa och, när kunden uttryckligen valt det, skicka e-post i kundens namn. Uppgifterna används inte för annonsering.

Krowolf processes the customer account, connected integrations, and the messages the customer chooses to let the service read. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. On disconnect, Krowolf revokes the token at the provider when that provider supports revocation, deletes the credential, and anonymises provider identifiers. Business records already created stay under the retention policy, which is available on request.

Google user data is used to read mail and, only when the customer has chosen that access, to send mail as the customer. It is not used for advertising.
